Sisters of Divine Providence Hire New Director of Mission Advancement
The Sisters of Divine Providence have hired Susan H. Rohm as the congregation’s new Director of Mission Advancement. In her role, effective April 28, Rohm will manage fund development, write proposals and grants, implement strategies to grow annual revenue, manage all communications, and direct the Mission Advancement department.
Rohm’s 35 years of experience include positions as program director with the American Lung Association of Southwestern, Pa., Greensburg, Pa., executive director of the Easter Seals Society of Southwestern, Pa., Washington, Pa., substitute school teacher at Seneca Valley School District and Midwestern Intermediate Unit #4, and, most recently, development manager and assistant executive director with North Hills Community Outreach.
A proven nonprofit professional with a diversity of skills in growing organizational capacity through fund development, relationship building, volunteer engagement, grant writing, public speaking, program development, and team building, Rohm is an excellent fit for her position as director of Mission Advancement.
Rohm holds a bachelor of science in health planning and administration from Pennsylvania State University. She resides in Cranberry Township with her husband and three sons.
