Sister Patty Baker Receives Everyday Hero Award

Four times per year, Vincentian Collaborative System--a not-for-profit health care and human services ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth in the greater Pittsburgh area--selects one "Everyday Hero" from each of their four senior care communities to recognize. Sister Patty Baker, CDP was selected as this quarter's Everyday Hero and on May 3, 2022, was presented the award and a monetary gift of $250. Sister Patty said, "It was nice that everyone on our floor gathered around the decorated room and shared in the refreshments. ...I was quite touched by it all." An Everyday Hero goes above and beyond, serves as a role model to others and embodies one or more of the Vincentian values in their daily work.
